The arrangement contains no option or obligation to buy, allowing the 28-year-old to return to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season if no permanent solution is found. Disasi joined Chelsea from Monaco in 2023 for a fee in the region of £38 million. After an initial period of regular involvement, he fell out of favour and has spent recent seasons seeking regular football on loan, including spells at Aston Villa and, most recently, West Ham United during the second half of last season.
The move comes as Palace look to strengthen their defence following the permanent departure of Maxence Lacroix to Chelsea earlier this summer.
