Everton have looked at Richarlison, Spurs want at least £35m | SportsView

Everton have reportedly looked at signing Tottenham Hotspur striker Richarlison this summer.

Spurs are looking for at least £35 million to sell Richarlison, but Everton manager David Moyes has yet to decide whether to push for his return.

Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson is also an option, while his teammate Liam Delap has also been linked with the Merseyside club.

Richarlison spent four seasons with the Toffees before joining Tottenham in a £60m deal in 2022.

He often expressed his ‘great fondness towards‘ Everton during his time at the club, playing key roles in keeping them up in the Premier League before leaving.

The 29-year-old has regularly been linked with a return to the club, and it could happen this summer.

He is currently in the final 12 months of the five-year contract he signed when he joined Spurs, and a renewal is not believed to be on the cards.

Everton could do with a fit and firing Richarlison, but they are unlikely to be willing to pay £35m to sign him.

He ended last season with 11 goals and four assists in 32 league games to help the Lilywhites avoid relegation.

However, the Brazilian missed out on a place in his country’s squad for the World Cup and will be desperate to prove himself again next season.

He is not guaranteed a place in manager Roberto De Zerbi’s starting XI as he is eyeing attacking reinforcements.

An exit could appeal to him, especially to Everton.
