Everton have reportedly looked at signing Tottenham Hotspur striker Richarlison this summer. Everton have looked at Richarlison, Spurs want at least £35

Everton manager David Moyes wants to bolster his attacking ranks at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, and a move for the Brazilian could be on the cards.

Spurs are looking for at least £35 million to sell Richarlison, but the Toffees boss has yet to decide whether to push for his return.

Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson is also an option for Everton, while his teammate Liam Delap has also been linked with the Merseyside club.

Richarlison spent four seasons with the Toffees before joining Tottenham in a £60m deal in 2022.

He often expressed his ‘great fondness towards’ Everton during his time at the club, playing key roles in keeping them up in the Premier League before leaving.

The 29-year-old has regularly been linked with a return to the club, and something concrete could happen this summer.

He is currently in the final 12 months of the five-year contract he signed when he joined Spurs, and a contract renewal is not believed to be on the cards.

Everton could do with a fit and firing Richarlison, but they are unlikely to be willing to part with £35m for his services.

He ended last season with 11 goals and four assists in 32 league games to help the Lilywhites survive the drop.

However, the Brazilian missed out on a place in his country’s squad for the World Cup and will be desperate to prove himself all over again next season.

He is not guaranteed a place in Roberto De Zerbi’s starting XI as the Tottenham manager is eyeing attacking reinforcements.

An exit could appeal to him, especially to a place like Everton, and an interesting development could be on the cards.

the Toffees have now shifted their full focus toward landing a proven frontline presence before deadline day.

At the top of Everton’s shortlist is Chelsea forward Liam Delap. Moyes has been a long-term admirer of the England Under-21 international, who scored 12 Premier League goals during an impressive 2024/25 spell at Ipswich Town before joining Chelsea. Following a frustrating debut campaign at Stamford Bridge where first-team opportunities proved limited, Delap is expected to depart London, with Everton positioning themselves at the front of the queue for a potential deal valued around £30 million.
Concurrently, Everton are keeping their options open across domestic and European markets

With the Premier League season looming, securing an impactful number nine remains the cornerstone of Everton’s remaining summer business. Adding a physical, versatile goalscorer will give Moyes the tactical flexibility needed to compete for European qualification in the upcoming campaign.
