Harry Kane just gave us one of the greatest post-match interviews ever after losing his voice
After singing every word of Oasis hit Wonderwall at the top of his lungs, a speechless Harry Kane delivered a post-match interview to remember following England’s dramatic 3-2 win over Mexico.
The Three Lions secured their place in the World cup quarter-final on Sunday night thanks to goals from Kane and Jude Bellingham (2).
England took a two goal lead after a quickfire double from Bellingham in the first-half, but Julian Quinones’s strike shortly before the break energised the Mexico fans inside an electric Estadio Azteca.
In fact, Raul Jimenez’s penalty in the 69th minute piled on the pressure as 10-man England defended for their lives.
But they managed to get over the line after 11 minutes of stoppage time. A short time later, every member of the Three Lions squad headed over to the travelling support to engage in their now-trademark singalong to Wonderwall.
Kane was on the verge of losing his voice as he spoke about their performance.
One fan commented on the clip, saying: “Harry Kane losing his voice may be the best moment of the World Cup so far,” while another wrote: “Harry Kane has gone full Marge Simpson in this post-match interview.”

England will face Norway in the World Cup quarter-final on Saturday (June 11), a game that will see two of the world’s best strikers go head to head – Erling Haaland and Kane.
